WHAT IS THE RNR SUBSCRIPTION?

RNR will be taking care of the record keeping requirements in terms of maintaining documentation of each employer or prospective employer that have engaged or used the services of RNR on a recruiter's behalf.

Ontario now mandates that employment agencies and recruiters obtain a license to continue recruiting for Ontario employers or jobs. 

The law is in effect as of July 1, 2024.

Ontario employers will actively verify that only licensed recruiters are working on their roles to ensure compliance.

RNR will introduce additional support and features to help our recruiters obtain the necessary licenses to source for Ontario jobs.

Failure to comply with licensing requirements can result in financial penalties ranging from $15,000 to $25,000.
