Our Purpose

At RNR, we believe the recruitment industry should be 'democratized' so every Recruiter/Recruitment Agency and Referral Partner has an equal opportunity to work on the best roles through the platform.

Employers post jobs and only receive pre screened candidates for every role. Hiring Managers have access to over 1000 recruiters across North America who are all vetted by the RNR team.

Recruiters

Recruiters can access all jobs posted on the B2B platform. RNR has contracts with several national accounting firms across the USA and local firms in Canada. As a result we have 1000s of roles on the platform that are active and waiting to be filled!
