Yes — let us simplify your agency management.
Managing multiple recruiters, agencies, and contracts can be time-consuming — so let RNR handle it for you. We take care of vetting each agency, negotiating terms, and sharing your job requirements, all through one centralized platform.

You'll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager to support you throughout the process.

You can also invite your existing recruiting agencies to join RNR, and easily direct new agencies that reach out to you to sign up on our platform.

No — placement fees are paid directly to RNR.
RNR manages the entire payment process, including handling recruiter payouts. Once a placement is made, clients pay RNR, and we take care of distributing the appropriate fees to the recruiter.

No – you’ll only see pre-screened, qualified CPAs.
For each job you post, you'll receive carefully vetted CPA candidates submitted by our recruiters. You’ll have access to their resumes as well as any additional screening notes provided by the recruiter to help you make informed decisions.

Yes – we’re flexible with your job postings.
While our primary focus is on Accounting and Finance roles, we’re happy to help you post other vacancies within your firm or company.
