Your RNR Account Manager creates a company account for you and purchase a job posting package.
Employer provides a job description and compensation details, the details are uploaded to RNR's platform by your Account Manager.
Vetted recruiters will receive notifications of the job posting and they then submit pre-screened candidates to the role.
Employers view resumes, schedule interviews with their selected candidates through the platform.
Once a candidate has been offered, Employers can submit the offer letter through RNR's platform.
Selected candidate accepts the job offer and the deal is closed. RNR creates and emails an invoice, once invoice is settled the recruiter get paid through RNR.
