Recruitment made simple with RNR:
Sign up and accept the Terms & Conditions to get started. Choose the jobs you’d like to work on, then submit your candidates using the Candidate Submission feature. Your candidate will receive a verification email confirming you’ve submitted them to RNR — they must click YES to complete the process. Once verified, their resume will appear in the client’s portal.
You can track all submissions in your Recruiter Dashboard. RNR’s algorithm locks each candidate to your profile for 12 months after submission.
Yes – if a role is visible on the platform, it’s still open.
At RNR, filled roles are removed as soon as they’re closed. If you’ve submitted a candidate to a role that gets filled, you’ll be notified the same day the job is taken down.
Candidate verification is required.
After you submit a candidate on RNR, they’ll receive a verification email. Make sure they click Yes — this confirms their consent and allows their resume to be shared with our clients.
If the candidate does not verify, RNR cannot submit them to the client, as we don’t have their permission.
You’ll receive a status update within 3 business days.
If your candidate is accepted, the client will begin the screening and interview process.
If your candidate is rejected, RNR will review their profile for other suitable roles. If a better fit is found, we’ll notify you and move your candidate to a new opportunity they’re qualified for.
Understanding rejections:
When a candidate is rejected, the client will often provide notes explaining why. In most cases, candidates are declined because they don’t meet all of the hiring manager’s key requirements.
To improve your chances, always review the ‘Must Haves’ section of the job description before submitting a candidate.
Congratulations! You're ready to get paid.
Once your candidate accepts and signs the offer letter, your recruitment fee is on the way. Fees are released within 30 days of the candidate’s start date, via our secure wire transfer platform. As soon as the client pays us, we release the payment to you immediately.

Work authorization matters.
Most of the jobs on RNR are based in Canada and the USA, and our clients prioritize local candidates. Sponsorship opportunities are extremely rare, especially for candidates looking to relocate to the U.S.
To avoid unnecessary rejections, please ensure your candidates are legally authorized to work in Canada or the USA before submitting
Yes, you can post roles to job boards — with some guidelines.
You're welcome to use job boards to help source candidates. However, please do not use the hiring company’s name, logo, or branding in your postings, as you are not an internal employee of that organization.
Keep in mind, that the most successful recruiters on RNR typically headhunt and proactively source top talent, rather than relying solely on job boards.
