Ontario is now requiring employment agencies and recruiters to obtain a license to be able to continue recruiting for Ontario employers and/or jobs. This license needs to be renewed every year. This law is in effect by July 1st 2024.
This applies to freelancers and recruiters with THA's (temporary help agencies) in Ontario, as well as any recruiter/ agency outside of Ontario, working on Ontario jobs.
RNR will be taking care of the record keeping requirements in terms of maintaining documentation of each employer or prospective employer that have engaged or used the services of RNR on a recruiter's behalf.
As RNR works extensively with CPA firms and companies in Ontario, we have to ensure that our recruiters who wish to work on Ontario jobs have a license to avoid financial penalties. To remain compliant with Ontario employers, you will also not be able to earn RNR recruitment fees without an appropriate license.

Yes, we require a minimum of 3 months to trial the subscription and access all of the tools, resources and perks included. If you're interested in month-to-month payments, email us at info@recruitnrefer.ca.
After 1 week of launching your email campaign, we'll send you a candidate lead sheet containing the targeted candidates within your purchased bundle. It would include candidate names, title, location, firm/ company and LinkedIn profile links for your reference. You can do your own follow-ups. We are unable to share candidate email addresses and phone numbers as this would breach privacy laws.
No, we'll reach out to you to confirm the email address you want to use, if you want to use a personalized message for your campaign and to determine a release date. We do all the hard work for you - designing your campaign, compiling candidates and scheduling it for release.
The campaign targets candidates at various firms in Canada with experience in either Audit or Tax, depending on the bundle size purchased. Any replies you get from the campaign goes directly to the email address you provide us and you are then responsible for screening and submitting these candidates to RNR. Replies are not guaranteed.
Campaigns are released in order of purchase date. One of the RNR team members will be in touch with you through email to determine details of your campaign and have it scheduled for release. We will advise you of when your campaign is set off.
For LinkedIn, you can change the email address associated with your LinkedIn account to your RNR email or create a completely new account with your RNR email.
