RNR makes recruitment simple. Sign up to RNR, accept the Terms and Conditions. Select the jobs you want to work on and submit your candidates using the candidate submission feature. The candidate will receive a verification email that notifies them they have been submitted by you to RNR. They will need to click YES before the resume shows up on the client's portal. You can view all your submissions on your Recruiter dashboard and our algorithm locks the candidate to your profile for 12 months after submission.
Yes, if a role is up on the platform, the job is still open. Filled jobs get taken down on RNR ASAP. Recruiters who have candidates submitted to a filled role will be notified of the update the day the role gets taken down.
Once you submit a candidate on RNR, the candidate gets a verification email on submission. Make sure they click YES on that verification so your resume can be viewed by our clients. If a candidate does not click YES on verification, RNR will not send that candidate to our clients as we don't have permission.
You will receive an accepted or rejected status within 3 business days. If accepted, the client will begin the screening and interview process. If your candidate is rejected, RNR will reach out if there are other roles that the candidate will be suitable for and you can resubmit them for a different role based on experience and skill-set.
When a candidate is rejected, the client provides notes on their reason for rejection. Most users have candidates that are rejected because they simply don’t meet all the requirements that the hiring manager is requesting. Be sure to read the 'Must Haves' section of the job description before you submit your candidate.
Congratulations! Once your candidate successfully accepts and signs the offer letter you are ready to get paid. Recruitment fees are released within 30 days of the candidate's start date using a wire transfer platform we use, once the client pays us, we release the fees to the recruiter immediately.
For users who have subscribed, earlier payment schedules will be available.

While you’re free to post roles on job boards to source candidates, we ask that you don't misrepresent yourself by using the company’s name or likeness in your job posting since you are not an internal employee of that company. The most successful recruiters on our platform headhunt and source the perfect candidate rather than depending on job boards to find qualified candidates.
Currently you are responsible for your job postings and related fees if the postings are not free. However, we are working on a 'recruiter monthly subscription plan' that will help provide you with access to various recruitment tools such as LinkedIn professional and jobs postings on LinkedIn that will be paid by RNR. Stay tuned for updates on this feature!
Presently you only get paid your full recruitment fees once the candidate gets hired. However, we are working on a 'recruiter monthly subscription plan' that will provide a bonus fees to each resume submission based on our clients hiring needs.
RNR's recruiters are considered independent entrepreneurs. We do not provide our users with paid sourcing tools to find candidates. You are responsible for finding your own candidates. We are working on a 'recruiter monthly subscription plan' that will provide you with access to different recruitment tools, resources and training that will be paid by RNR.
RNR empowers agency and internal recruiters achieve financial independence through our platform. Recruiting on RNR can be your side hustle or your stepping foundation to building your own recruitment agency one day.
